Meal Planning Monday (01.07.13)

1 Jul

I know that you’re all saying it!

Two months today I’ll be back at work…a whole year off…will I remember what to do? Anyway, it’s ages until that happens! We have the whole summer holidays to fill yet!

This week I have done some great baking and we’ve eaten well as usual all week.

And here are our meals for next week!

Monday – Basa fish coated in seasoned breadcrumbs from a Swartz packet I saw on offer and fancied, with new potatoes and salad

Tuesday – tea at mum’s

Wednesday – maybe pork chops but I’m not sure that Evie will eat that…

Thursday – Chilli (mild for the kids, hot for me!)

Friday – Fried rice

Saturday – out for tea

Sunday – family roast dinner
