The Ponderosa Rural Therapeutic Centre is really close to where we live (I can see it from my front room window), yet I’ve only been once when Evie was really tiny and we really didn’t see the best of it.

We went on a whim this afternoon as we had bought a Groupon voucher for 2 adults and 2 children and we realised it went out of date next week! Ooops!
Ducks on the pond
It was raining quite heavily by the time we got there but this was probably a blessing as it was bank holiday monday and heaving as the weather was quite pleasant this morning, but had started to empty a bit because of the inclement weather.
We had a nice time, despite the rain. Evie loved the sand and got a wet bum sliding in the sandpit in the rain. She liked the bigs ducks and was fascinated by the snakes, but complained that the little monkeys were smelly!!
