Once again, we had a fantastic cakey gathering due to Lynn and her fantastic Clandestine Cake Club.
This time we met in Harrogate at the lovely home of Judy, who let us take over her beautiful apartment with our cakes.
The theme this time was cakes from around the world. I decided to make a New York Baked Cheesecake which is based on Nigella’s NY cheesecake from “How to be a domestic goddess” and I topped it with some of my mum’s homegrown raspberries.
